Krista, Jennifer, and the young man who made breakfast they were awesome!!! Front desk was also helpful with checkin.Professional and friendly. Property was close to the softball field and it was easy to find. It was also in a great location near food, shopping, and fireworks.

The door in our bathroom did not close or lock properly. Didn’t enjoy having to pay 16 plus dollars with tax for breakfast. Rooms are very costly now and most use time away with children. To pay over 50 dollars for breakfast is a big deal. Many hotels include breakfast and you are a premier accommodation for people who travel. Still trying to understand why you charge so much for your breakfast and that is not a buffet. Lastly you do not take into consideration people that are diabetic all your drink selections have high sugar content and then as a type 1 diabetic we have to purchase a 3 dollar drink that now puts breakfast at 20 dollars. Try to reconsider the value of your customers.

I enjoyed the staff. They were very nice and friendly. I enjoyed the hotel, it was quiet, clean and very well kept.

Nothing, everything was great

The location is ideal, the room size is perfect, and it feels like an upscale hotel without the pomp and circumstance.

This is necessarily the hotel's fault, but the noise issue from the room above us was unreal, and kids running in the hallway at 11 pm. The front desk helped rectify the issue after I went down there because I had been on hold when I called. In the hotel employee's defense, she was great and helpful. She was the only one working and juggling a lot.

It was clean and fresh. However the website needs to be updated since there is some misinformation. I called the actual location only to be somewhat confused by information that was not accurate.

I didn’t like that one of the beds in my room appeared to have been slept in and the sheets appeared stained. I did report it and was brought clean bedding by the staff. The desk also questioned me about the emails I received from the hotel.
