Nice house and nice location.
We paid a deposit of JPY 150.000 to something called Niseko Gourmet, slightly confusing since the property was handled by Elite Havens. Nothing against paying a deposit, but it should have been announced on Booking.com. After we left we got at message that a bedside lamp was damaged and an amount of JPY 15.000 would be deducted from the deposit. The couple staying in the bed room did not have any recollection of damage on the bedside lamp. What concerns us is that there were no formal visit with the local hosts to establish the state of the property, not on arrival and not on departure. Not very professional! Currently we do not know how the lamp was damaged, but we had to accept the deduction of JPY 15.000 from the deposit. And the remainder of the deposit took around 4 weeks to be returned to my account.

Great size, layout and location. Yes it's expensive but so is all accomation in Niseko. Staff were super friendly and so good getting a ride to and from the mountain, that is such a bonus. Highly reccomend a ski guide within the boundaries for new people. Whiteroom were great.

Amazing house, had everything we needed and more. Super easy transport options and private shuttle options.
Everything was perfect, except a few very minor miscommunications with Guest Services but nothing major at all.
