This perfectly situated second floor, 2 bdrm/2 ba condo gets morning sun and afternoon breezes to the over-sized terrace that overlooks beautifully manicured grounds and 2 over-sized common pools and jacuzzi. Valle Verde, is just a few short minutes to Coco Beach and various restaurants, bars, stores and services located in the town center of Playas del Coco. It features 1400sf of air conditioned living space, an open concept living room/kitchen, queen-sized beds in each bedroom and more.
The Las Palmas area of Playas del Coco is a quaint neighborhood of homes, condos and townhouses. A short walk from Valle Verde will take you to local dining in the Pueblito, a neighborhood grocery store, coffee shops, spas, and more. It is close enough to walk or take a very short taxi ride to the downtown action, bars and restaurants. Beautiful Coco Beach is only a little over .25 miles (500 meters) away!
A rental car is not required due to Valle Verde's close proximity to the beach, restaurants, bars, groceries, etc. Taxis are available for reasonable rates if preferred.

Our family stayed in Playas del Coco for Christmas vacation to escape the cold Canadian winter, and it was absolutely perfect!The condo had everything we could possibly need and its location was unbeatable—just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, and the vibrant downtown area. The pool area was a highlight, offering natural shade from the trees, making it a great spot to relax.Our hosts were exceptional. Pam and Foster were incredibly responsive and checked in with us several times to ensure our stay was going smoothly. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made us feel at home.There wasn’t a single thing missing during our stay—it was seamless from start to finish. We can’t recommend this place enough and hope to return someday.

We loved our stay at the condo. Pam was very nice and helpful. The complex was quiet and beach was walkable. Lots of space and the most well equipped condos we have stayed at.
