About this house rental
Our beautiful condo is located inside Pacifico development which is centrally located inside Playas del Coco. The development offers 24/7 gated security, and the best pools in town. The walkout balcony overlooks the Pacifico pool and snack bar located only steps away, this is a great space to have your breakfast and watch the parrots fly by.
Bedroom arrangements include a King Bed in the Master suite with in-suite bathroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a pullout couch in the living room for kids.
the additional features for this condo is the central AC throughout Open style kitchen with bar seating, washer and dryer and lovely balcony.
This third floor unit has higher ceilings and no guests above you for quiet nights. There is a shuttle from the main gate to the beach club every day and the schedule is about every hour. The admission to beach club is free if visiting the restaurant but if you would like to use the pool at the beach club, there is a $50 fee per person, with $25 credit towards food and beverage.
We look forward to hosting our guests with a concierge on hand to assist with transportation or activity items like tours on land or sea.

The apartment and the complex are pure luxury. Communication was prompt and useful. Quiet location, great balcony, fabulous pools, nearby stores for everything you need.

My family of 5 stayed for 10 days. The facility is beautiful. The pools and snack bar is great. We saw many birds and animal on the premises. We are on third floor so it's fairly quiet. The unit is clean and have everything we needed. Bret and Andriene were very attentive and answered all of our questions promptly. We had a wonderful stay at Pacifico L314.

We've stayed at other places in Coco that to us seemed very overpriced. In our opinion this condo was just perfect for our budget. Great, safe location - great communication with hosts, clean and thoroughly stocked. Thank You - we hope to be back soon.

Loved the location of this property Gated community, very friendly and clean. 4 swimming pools, pickleball courts, beach club. Close to stores and restaurants Condo could use some updating, very little kitchen items (no oven mitts, one cookie sheet which we used for baking fish. No 9 x 13, kitchen knives very dull. Could of used a greeting book - how to get shuttle to beach club, costs (well worth it). How to get pickleball courts etc. We had to ask alot of questions. Would stay at this location again. Probably not this condo
