L'accueil. La proximité des commerces et des lieux touristiques. Le calme. Le confort (notamment la literie). Nous avons apprécié le petit détail cadeau. Les jolies décorations de Noël ont rendu l'ambiance chaleureuse.

Decepción por falta de mantenimiento y limpieza
Ubicación para poder descubrir la zona de Alsacia y una boulangerie cercana a la casa.
La limpieza de la casa. Se trata de una casa antigua, llena de alfombras y objetos de decoración a la que faltaba limpieza y mantenimiento en general. Por comentar algunos aspectos: La ducha estaba embozada y no tragaba el agua. La otra ducha tenía falta de mantenimiento. Los utensilios de cocina estaban sucios, la encimera solamente funcionaba un fuego a la vez y la campana extractora no tenía potencia. Había objetos en la cocina que no debían de estar por el mal estado en el que se encontraban. Desafortunadamente, hemos tenido una mala experiencia en la casa.

Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Elsass.
Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit, wozu wir leider nicht gekommen sind. Es gibt genug freie Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür. Neuf-Brisach ist ein sehr schöner kleiner Ort mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders die Bäckerei / Konditerei um die Ecke ist zu empfehlen.

Super séjour en famille
Très bel appartement avec de grandes pièces. Literie confortable. Nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire qui est très sympathique. Elle nous a offert une bouteille de Crément. Il y a plein de petits prospectus dans l'appartement pour apprendre l'histoire de Neuf-Brisach. Il y a un parking juste devant l'appartement. L'appartement est très bien situé au cœur de la ville. On peut donc aller se promener pour découvrir les remparts. Colmar se situe à une quinzaine de minutes de là, Europa park à une trentaine.

Er was geen ontbijt. In 10 min. Lopen zijn er 2 bakkers met lekkere stokbroden en taartjes.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, z.B. für drei Paare.
Drei Schlafzimmer, alle durch ein weiteres Zimmer (Wohnzimmer oder Badezimmer) getrennt, daher sehr ruhig in den einzelnen Schlafzimmern. Lager sehr gut in der kleinen Stadt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeber.
