Perfect stay for us. Room 2 with balcony and view towards the pedestrian bridge over to the old town. We could check-in earlier and even got a late check-out at 2pm without any extra cost. Comfy bed. Nice spacious shower. Closet with some hangers. Air con. Capsule coffee machine and water kettle. Some sweets. Water and Coke in the fridge. Some amenities in the bathroom (soap, tooth brush, shaver). Perfect location. Bank and ATM opposite, small supermarket at ground level, bakery just 30m away. Fast and efficient communication on whatsapp. Thanks again, Damir
Not in the owner‘s control but indeed there is quite a bad smell in the hallway (between ground and first floor).

Hemos estado 7 días por Croacia y ha sido la mejor estancia que hemos tenido. La habitación perfecta, no faltaba detalle, el anfitrión de la casa nos dejó una hoja con detalles sobre la estancia, recomendaciones de lugares donde comer, incluso un regalo (un imán de la ciudad). La cama era comodísima, las almohadas también (ponía 2 por persona). El baño estupendo, la ducha iba perfectamente. La ubicación perfecta. Muy recomendable, si algún día vuelvo a Zadar no dudaría en volver al mismo sitio sin duda.

Personas super atentas en todo, tanto a la hora de comunicarnos, como a la hora de tener detalles para los clientes en la habitación. Nos indicó hasta donde poder aparcar el coche en la calle con fotos y de manera gratuita. Estancia muy agradable y muy cómoda. Muy buenos anfitriones.
