Amazing staff but villas need to be redesigned for a more modern appeal.

Exceptional staff. Senja was amazing as well as the rest of the staff.

Properties are unfortunately very old style and poorly maintained. Too many wild animals inhabiting the villas and they’re missing key facilities like kettle, cooking stove top.

Comfortable, Clean and Quiet Stay in Seminyak

This is pretty, private and comfortable accomodation in Seminyak. This was a great start to our trip. Good location, clean rooms and great hosts! I recommend staying at the Bungalow. These areas (Sem, Kuta, Canggu) can get super loud, so we value quietness and this Bungalow gave us that. We were able to have a solid sleep which we didn't find in other accomodations around Canggu etc.

This is not so much a dislike, but you'll have to walk a little or take taxi to the main centres, not exactly walkable but we liked being away from the city centre.

The property did not meet our expectations at all and was quite different to the images posted.

The concept of the villas are good but they have not been maintained well

There was no room service in the villas, no intercoms connecting to reception. Reception is not manned in the evenings and night. The upkeep and cl of the villas left a lot to be desired for. There were rats moving around in the villas, poor quality kitchen utensils. We took 2 villas and in one of them the stove did not work. The toiletries provided were of poor quality, no conditioner was provided. The bathroom is very open and had lizards and other insects in the morning.

location was good, but still around a 1km walk to the centre, air con was cold in the room.

i cut my foot extremely deeply on the pool tiles whilst swimming on the first night, the staff had mentioned this has happened often and they were so helpful in getting antiseptic and bandaids, the villas needed attention, grass overgrown and weeds everywhere just not good condition, the bathrooms were in need of renovation. breakfast was well below average.

Excellent customer service. No request was an issue. Breakfast was delicious. Villa was spacious clean and tidy, and pool clean. Gardens were well maintained.

This Villa is in such bad condition! It should be shut down!!

The state of the villa was in extremely poor and old, delerict condition compared to the photos on Booking.com website. The venue has no decent reception to check in guests, apart from a small desk in an open plan dining room. The villa room had so many mosquitos moving and biting us in the night. It was very uncomfortable and I could not sleep all night. The double bed was made up of two single beds joined together and was very uncomfortable to sleep on it all night. In the morning we were served with stale breakfast, the fruits were slimy as they had gone bad and the hot food had been recycled over a few days. Very unhealthy and unsafe to give guests food like this. The swimming pool, was soo dirty, it had not been cleaned for weeks, it had dirt and algae on the bottom. Very unsafe. We had booked 2 nights, but we had to check out after 1 night, as we couldn't stay there any longer. We lost our money as we had to book another hotel. This Villa should be closed down!! Guests should give honest reviews to save others from such an ordeal!!

A lovely stay for two.

The staff were amazing and so welcoming and helpful. The hut was cute and quite spacious; having a great size bathroom and decking to sit out on. The bed was super comfortable with great WiFi. Everything was easy to access from this location via a quick taxi.

Quiet and in a great location. The service was amazing - super helpful and accommodating. They provided thoughtful extras like bottled water and mosquito repellent, and were incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The place was very clean and comfortable. Senja and the team were fantastic and helped us with everything we needed. 100% would stay again!

The staff was amazing! Extremly helpful with everything and went out lf their way to ensure that we had a great stay. The hotel is withing walking distance from the main street, walking on the streets is a bit tricky, but you can get a Grab easily.

There‘s barely any daylight in the bungalow and the walls are not very mosquito-proof (but there are mosquito nets over the beds).

The pictures advertised on Booking.com was completely not accurate. The resort is pretty much run down and barely operating. The pictures online are from years ago. Please take down this resort.

quiet and peaceful, my own mantion

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Every day they cleaned the rooms, even the empty one. I was almost the only person in the cottages, so had the pool to myself. there’s a mosquito net on the bed. 25 min. from the airport, at least in the morning. Wi-Fi was good.

Nothing that really bothered me but worth mention. it is located 25 min. walk from the beach. the toilet/shower room has breaks with holes (good for ventilation) but it means that if you don’t close the door, mosquitoes will get into the room. the water in the shower was not hot, it was warm. It is funny that the toilet has a blocked glass to the out sider, though I don’t think someone from outside could really watch into the toilet, it also has curtain from the outside.

Location was good 10 mins from strip, Quiet relaxing away from all the noise, wooden rooms are authentic Bali feeling, good working AC, WiFi was good. Good selection for breakfast - Chef makes food on request. Reception staff were very helpful.

Rooms are a bit dark and dingy, shower is a bit old and water is not powerful. Walk to the hotel room is a little bit far from the main reception.

The property was amazing and so clean and fresh. Everything was set up imacutalety and all the amenities were provided, plus water.

There was nothing we didn’t like everything was set out properly and there was a gorgeous veranda we’re we could chill and read our books.

Disappointing

Lovely staff Pool nice

We were upgraded to a private villa because of maintenance issues, then moved back two nights later. No room service, coffee, cups etc were in our room but no space for them except bathroom bench. Bathroom wall was clear glass on top, I showered with the lights off because I didn't feel comfortable. In need of decent maintenance.
