Villa Devina by Pertama Stay

Loved the decor of the place, the size, fully equipped kitchen and bath essentials, large TVs with Netflix. The staff, especially Koming, was great to deal with, always responsive and polite, and professional. He was always available to help if needed, and cleaning was offered daily! Simply, a very comfortable stay overall!

Not much really, if I could suggest a couple of improvements to consider: - hairdryers need upgrading (the one in room on level 1 was missing the whole head) - rain shower was great but would flood the floors outside of the shower area, would be great if you could install the hand held showers at the shower area (note that for 2 of the bathrooms on level 2, there is that option at the bath tub area 😊) The only other thing that troubled us (only cos we are light sleepers) is the calling of the roosters nearby wee hours in the morning and throughout the day, and dogs barking in the middle of the night.

Property was good looking and modern

Staircase didn’t have hand rails so going up and was a big mission and made it difficult wasn’t easy being down a gang it was 90% impossible for grab and gojek drivers to come down so we had to be dropped off at Main Street then walk down to villa a pain in the rain as it’s roughly 180m

The villa is modern, clean, has comfortable beds.

The location (traffic jam along Jl Raya Kerobokan - always!). Access : requires luck / excellent driving skill and small cars / bike due to extremely narrow alley. Staff response can be more helpful.
