We loved our stay at the cabin! The property was clean, cozy, and exactly as described online. There are so many nice touches that make the cabin feel like home. As shown in the pictures, the cabin is nestled into the forest, and provides plenty of privacy and quiet.We have smaller children, and all three wanted to sleep in the bunk room. Guests with older children will appreciate the many different options for beds (in addition to the four mattresses in the bunk room, there are two queen beds, a pull out sofa, and three recliners).There is not much space for kids to run around outside (we were afraid our 3-year-old would accidentally toss the bean bag in the forest, so we were hesitant to play cornhole on the porch...). However, our kids managed to get plenty of energy out by walking/jogging up and down the paved portion of Judd's Trail at the end of the gravel driveway. They loved this hike and did it several times in a row just for fun!One other note as you are driving in: We found that Google Maps did not always give accurate directions, but Apple Maps always seemed to work.Thanks for a truly enjoyable stay and we would love to come back!

The host were very easy to work with and readily available. Great communication. The cabin was very clean and most anything needed was provided except for items disclosed. The cabin had a rustic design and feel, which was great. We'll decorated and comfortable furnishings. The whole cabin was well stocked from kitchen to bath. The cabin is located in a nice location. A few cabins near by. But for my stay it was mostly quite and secluded. The covered porch was very enjoyable with two swings and some rocking chairs. The grill was in great condition and functioned wonderfully. A great stay, in a great cabin, in a nice location. Really enjoyed the whole experience. Highly recommend.

The property is up a difficult road in which to get to. There is no internet (which was disclosed) but was told you couldn’t get internet in mountain but there were several in the area that had it.
Basic cable so no streaming channels. The water was not directly across the street as stated. You had to drive there.
There was lots of garbage under the pullout couch. Made us uncomfortable. One of the persons sleeping on it got several bites.
I’d only recommend this site for someone who wants to be alone with their thoughts.
Loved the porch. I had just received the news that I had breast cancer on my trip up there so the solitude was a good and bad thing.
I won’t be back. I prefer a place where I can stay in touch.
