About this villa rental
This beautiful vacation villa made of stone is our special-get-away for your vacation. It is a great place to relax from accelerated lifestyle. It is fully equipped for 8 people and it has a big yard with pool, outdoor fireplace, wooden deck around the pool... It is located near Pula, in peace and quiet place, close to the sea. The history of Pula-Pola starts with the myth of the Argonauts and the search for the Golden Fleece. It was the home of the Histrians, the Romans and the Venetians. Voices from the Past still echo over the Istrian landscapes.
This Villa is a result of a close family project-mum, dad, my sister and I. With a lot of hard work, effort, renunciation, love and communion, together we made it and now we run our family business every season more successfully. We've been self-taught from the beginning and we do everything by ourselves–from design and decoration to booking, communication, hosting, maintenance and cleaning of the property.
This property is not in the middle of the city center, rush and noise. Yet, it is only 10 minutes by car from the Pula city center. Here you have your own peace. That's why we decided to build our property at the end of a little town Valtura, close to nature and sea. :)
Our holiday property has 900m²- the house (160m²), pool (40m²) and wooden beach area (60m²), parking places (3), garden area around the house and outdoor kitchen with grill. It is fully equipped and comfortable for 8 persons. It has 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms have double bed, and one bedroom has 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms (hot and cold water, shower over bath and bathtub) and 1 toilet. There is big airy living room, kitchen (hot and cold water, electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, deep freeze, coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster...) and spacious dining room with big table. Also, there are 5 air condition units. In natural site, our yard has open terrace, covered terrace, garden furniture, outdoor grill, table tennis, big chess field, little toboggan and 3 parking places.
The location is surrounded by nature, it has a sea view from the upper balcony. You can have a walk in the woods or by the sea, ride a bike or do workouts. Although is not in the city center, away from rush and noise, but still is only 10 minutes by car from lively Pula city center and all beaches. Yet, for basic groceries there is a little local supermarket in the village, 500 meters from the villa, so you don't have to go to the city center at all if you don't feel like and decide to spend a day enjoying inside of your property. The villa has two neighborhood houses.
You have the access to all stated above! We don't live near the villa.
In our villa you will find a little welcome book that contains information about the house and area to help you enjoy your holiday (restaurants, beaches, bars, grocery stores, landmarks).

Wir waren Pfingsten 2022 zu Gast in der Villa NaNa. Das Haus ist toll gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Es hat uns während unseres Aufenthalts an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist toll und für Grillfreunde ist eine unvergleichliche Grillecke geboten! Die Kommunikation mit unserer Vermieterin lief perfekt. Es wurde alles möglich gemacht, um uns einen wunderschönen Urlaub zu bereiten. Selbst ein von unserem Sohn vergessenes Kuscheltier wurde uns per Paket nachgesandt! Alles in allem eine top Urlaubsdestination!

Nach dem sehr freundlichen Empfang und der reibungslosen Schlüsselübergabe genossen wir 9 Tage dieses herrliche Ferienhaus mit Pool. Alles war so wie inseriert. Haus, Pool, elektrische Ausstattung alles tipp topp. Die ruhige Lage (die 5-6 Flugzeuge vom nahegelegenen Flughafen störten überhaupt nicht) ist dennoch so zentral dass man in max. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto sehr viele wunderbare Strände und Orte erfahren kann. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wärmstens zu empfehlen

Elena und her sister bid us welcome with the keys to the house. Communication with them worked very well, even before the arival. We even received a multi page booklet with houserules, restaurant advices and much more!
Everything was extremely clean. Few more kitchen things would have been nice, but everything we needed was there.
Best thing in the house is the BBQ place individually built by Elenas dad. It has absolutely everything such a spot needs, even lights and a basin.
After booking we thought it would be very loud because of the airport just next to the house. But that wasn't the case. At high time we counted about 6 planes / day, which you only hear for 30-60 seconds. But it looks nice seeing the planes come down only a few hundred meters further down.
