Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the small village of Muntić in the Istrian region in this wonderful villa with three apartments, each offering privacy and comfort for relaxation.
Here you will find an indoor gym and a sauna for relaxation, as well as a playground for children. Two apartments of the villa have 1 bedroom each, while the third apartment has 2 bedrooms, making a total of 4 bedrooms. Each apartment is equipped with a bathroom with a bathtub or shower. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is also available to guests.
The villa is proud of its spacious, fenced yard of 2000m2, which is adorned with a swimming pool, ideal for refreshment and outdoor enjoyment. There is also a gazebo for relaxing in the shade. A charming summer kitchen with a view of the pool and yard, as well as a grill for preparing delicious meals, make your stay even more pleasant. The large terrace comfortably accommodates 10 people, providing the perfect place to relax.
In the courtyard of the villa there is a volleyball court for fun outdoor sports activities, as well as table tennis for additional fun. In the tavern of the villa there is a pool table, perfect for evening fun. The plot is completely fenced, providing privacy and security, and there are also three parking spaces for your vehicle. If you need some basic necessities, the mini market is only a minute's walk from the house. For larger purchases, larger super markets are 10 km away, as is the city of Pula with numerous attractions. Pets are welcome.

Everything went perfectly from the beginning to the end of our stay. Mathea was always available if needed and the accommodation was a dream within the nature. Close to the airport and nevertheless very silent. 100% recommendation!

The house is located in a small rural area. The sourrounding is very quiet. You have a little shop there and the other shops like Lidl, Kaufland etc. are 10min drive away. Also to Pula center and the beaches around you only need 20min drive. The house itself is a dream. All climatized, clean and spacious as you find it in the description. We enjoyed the big pool, volleyball, table tennis, billiard, fitness equipment and the many possibilities to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is great, also the outdoor shower an possibility to sit and eat with 10 people together outdoor. With little kids you would also have a wonderful small playground. Washing machine is great. Matea warmly welcomed us with some prepared food and was always there when we needed help or had a question. The pool was cleaned two times the week. The onlly thing you need to know is that you have lots of mosiquitos which I guess is normal for the area. So from the first moment till the end it was a relaxing holiday and we can highly reccomend the house!
