2004 home with 3 bedrooms + den with sofa sleeper, 2 bathrooms, and pool with mountain views. Located in the Continental Reserve neighborhood, this home will make you feel relaxed the minute you walk in the door. Well appointed and decorated. Grocery store and basic needs are close by, plus shopping and dining.
Many attractions are within 30 minutes of this home. Hiking trails are close by too.
You may heat the pool during the cooler months for a fee of $350.00 per week.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as listed. We were worried about the drive into town, but it turned out to be a non issue. Todd was immediately available when needed which we very much appreciated. We will absolutely check to see if this property is available th next time we are in town.

My husband and I stayed with our adult kids. We were in town for a family wedding. The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. Restaurants and grocery store are nearby.

If you're looking for a great house that has everything, look no further. The house is better than pictures. Shopping is very close, so anything you need is very handy. If you like hiking there are many trails very close. The inside of the house was very clean and well equipped. Everything you need is here. The views from the backyard and pool area are beautiful. Communication with Todd was outstanding, before, during and after our stay. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Thanks for a great stay!!

We spent 7 days in late March in this wonderful home. The neighborhood was very quiet and so close to Sombrero Peak that you can walk to the trailhead that takes you to it's summit. The house had everything that we needed for our 7 days there. Todd was an excellent host who attended to our needs, including arranging for pool maintenance to come repair the pump when the pool wasn't heating. This was essential for our Spring Break vacation, as our kids looked forward to swimming in the pool every day. The beds, linens, towels, and furniture were all clean and comfortable. The kids loved the 4 foot Darth Vader and Stormtrooper characters in the media room, too. It may seem like a trip into Tucson, but it is very quick to get on I-10 and get into the city. There are some excellent restaurants within short driving distance, including Lil' Abners, which we all loved for the atmosphere, steak, and ribs.
