About this apartment rental
Comfortable and functional apartment, sea view, with a veranda with table and chairs. The apartment is 150 meters from the white beach of Marinella, equipped and served by café-bars, pedal boat rental and other boats, wind-surfing, water games. The studio, which includes an open kitchen area, washing machine, air conditioning and bathroom, is on the first floor and you just have to go down the stairs to have, in front of the pool and at the back of the private parking, reserved for the apartment. The Gulf of Marinella is a quiet town and at the same time at the beginning of the Costa Smeralda. Inside it offers various services, such as supermarkets, restaurants, small shops, ATM, medical guard, para-pharmacy, etc. Just 5 minutes away is Golfo Aranci, which during the summer transforms from a small fishing village into an important center of events and folklore. At 5 minutes on the other side there is the famous and famous Porto Rotondo, with its marina, its boutiques and its restaurants. A camping cot can be added for free.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Well stocked kitchen for self catering although no washing machine as advertised. Beautiful pool shared with adjacent hotel and short walk to a beautiful beach. Manuel the owner was very helpful. Directions to locate office for key to apartment could be set out clearer from outset. Would however thoroughly recommend.

Al nostro arrivo l'alloggio da noi prenotato non era disponibile. Ci siamo dovute adattare a ben 4 alloggi in 10 giorni. Tuttavia l'inconveniente è stato superato grazie alla cortesia e alla disponibilità dell'host Manuel e complessivamente il nostro soggiorno è
