Phenomenal ocean views and daily morning visits by the dolphins! Property Mgt company was very attentive and easy to get ahold. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 4 stayed here for a weekend and had a great time. It is a large property and could have easily handled 3 times the amount of people and been comfortable. The company that manages the property is wonderful as is the concierge and there are many services you can use to enhance your stay - we chose pre-arrival grocery deliver and on-property massages. You can hear freeway noise in the master bedroom loft and out on the deck at times and you can definitely hear the train. Luckily it only came by a few times and not at an ungodly hour. This place would be great for a crowd but wasn't overwhelming for a our smaller group as most of the extra space/bedrooms are on the bottom 3rd level.Pros:The house has spectacular ocean views and access to a sparsely populated beach. Fully stocked kitchen, filtered water carafe in fridge a nice touch.Ample bath towels and beach towelsBeach chairs, boogie board, kayaksOutdoor games (ping pong, corn hole (I believe))Small outdoor fire pit Several outdoor areas to enjoy on property and then short walk down private path to beach.Great property management and concierge (Paradise)Cons:A couple of the downstairs bedrooms are a little bit musty but would probably be alright if aired out well ahead of arrival - I would ask for that to happen if we stayed again. We only used one of those suites and my teenage daughter really enjoyed her room. A little mustiness in the kitchen as well which I reported to management.No A/C - which is typical at the beach - we were there at the end of a heat wave and it was warm but cooled off in the evening. Can't use fireplaces in house - it was hot so we didn't want to but if it had been chilly a fire we would have missed it.
