House was very very nice. It was 8 people in my group and we all fit comfortably. Perfect wooded quiet location. House was very very clean with a supply of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Beds and linen were very comfortable. House host was wonderful to communicate with quick responses. Everything in the house was functional, nothing was broken. We loved The Hamptons and the experience to stay here ! and

Geoff's property is nice, clean and in a great location. He was always very responsive when I needed anything. Thank you for a great 10 days in the Hampton's.

We (families with young children) loved staying at Geoffs Water Mill house. Its actually bigger than it looks in the pictures - plenty of room for spending time as a group either in the dining room, living room, or basement. We spent most of our time sitting in the sun on the pool deck, which was awesome. High quality finishes throughout the house and in the kitchen. Location is close to Sag Harbor and Southampton towns, also Channing Daughters and Wolffer Wine Stand, where we like to hang out. Also close enough to Montauk for golf at Montauk Downs. Perfect!
