About this house rental
The house has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and the 4th bedroom has two single beds; so 4 bedrooms total. There are 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a loft and a laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped, where you can prepare your meals and enjoy them before you go off onto your adventures.
Equipment in the kitchen: Microwave, refrigerator, an electric kettle, a toaster, cutlery and utensils, pots, pans, glasses, plates, stove and oven.
In addition, we also provide a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board.
Private pool, which is two minutes walking distance from property. However, the outside area is shared with guests from Maria's Haven's other house.
Towels are provided in appropriate quantity to the length of stay, as well as linens. There is wireless internet (WIFI), ample outdoor space with sea and mountain views and off street parking.
The house does not have strict rules: just that you take full advantage of its comfort. I just ask that there is NO smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed outdoors and ashtrays will be provided.

We had such a great time at this beatiful place in summer 2022.
The communication beforehand was clear and informational, upon arrival Maria showed us the whole place and gave some useful tips for a good start on the island. She also was there anytime we requested something and it was a pleasure to meet her family.
The pool ist just 1min away down the street and gave our kids the best time of the holidays on all afternoons.
We will come back some day for sure.

Maison située proche des centres d'intérêts de la partie Ouest de l'ile, dont la capitale Ponta Delgada
Un peu éloigné des centres d'intérêt de l'autre bout de l'ile (à l'est) ==> une heure de route pour rejoindre la partie est de l'ile

First of all, all the communication prior to our arrival was really good. Any doubts we had were answered in a matter of hours, and that gave us a lot of confidence we made the right choice.
Upon arrival, we had everything ready and perfect for us. A really generous house, and a small meeting where Maria showed us the most beautiful places in S. Miguel. It was a really good experience, and we’re hoping that we can go back.
