1202 Villamare I has a lovely location but unfortunately needs a better equipped kitchen, newer guest room shower. The shower is very small and leaks water onto the floor each time it is used. The towel bars fell off of the wall in the guest shower room. The screen door to the balcony is off the track and couldn’t be moved even after maintenance was called.
