VILLAMARE ... is a Highly Sought After Oceanfront Resort noted for its beautiful grounds, lagoons, Health Club with Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Heated Jacuzzi, Steam Sauna and Extensive Workout Facility. The Outdoor Main Pool is nestled around decks for sunning and viewing the ocean. Palm trees are around the deck to provide shade for anyone who forgot their umbrella. Next to the large pool is a Heated Jacuzzi, and toddler area. The Main Pool is heated during the months of March through May. The Outdoor Serenity Pool and Spa offers a peaceful experience with a deck area and amazing ocean view. This area features a newly added Grilling Area with 4 Built In Gas Grills and firepit. There are plenty of activities to enjoy within walking distance from our villa including tennis, golf, miles of trails for biking, walking, or running, bike rentals, kayak and canoe rentals on the 11 miles of canals, restaurants, and a general store. My wife and I and our two college-age kids have stayed at four or five different places in Palmetto Dunes, and this was the nicest! The condo is gorgeous and the view of the ocean is spectacular! Pete was a great host, providing all the information we needed upfront, and he notified us during our stay that a portion of the parking lot was going to be seal coated. The kitchen is updated and very well-equipped. We had everything we needed. The bathrooms were beautiful and very updated. There are two beautiful outdoor pools and a hot tub right outside the building, and the incredible beach is just past the pools. There is also an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna, and a very good fitness center. Two bikes are also provided. Many very good restaurants nearby.

We had a lovely stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with an ocean view. Access to the ocean and pool made for a relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

You can’t ask for anything more with this condo. Centrally located within Palmetto Dunes, beautiful pool area, right on the beach. And that’s just the outside! Inside you will find a condo as comfortable as home, with everything you need. Thank you for hosting us- our family hopes to return next year!
