Location was safe, spacious apartment, nice balcony, amenities, great coffee shop nearby, grocery store right across the street.

Everything was great. If I had to say, the shower was slippery and not ideal if you're a taller person.

Blocked bath tub which no one came to fix despite reporting. 2 men entered the apartment late at night to say there's a leak in the apartment below and they needed to investigate in our apartment. They had keys so let themselves in. I didn't hear any knock on the door, it was quite frightening especially with my young family. Came back from a day out to find a notice that a potential buyer would be coming to view the property while we were there. Really don't know why this couldn't have waited until we had checked out. More info on what to do with rubbish would have helped. There's a charge for checking in after 10pm. Our flight was landing at 8.15pm and we needed to collect the hire car. It was going to be close to 10pm by the time we got there. Message sent requesting some flexibility but this was refused. Fortunately we arrived in time but were left waiting outside for around 20 mins waiting to gain access despite having advised we were on our way. Info on who to contact in case of issues would have helped instead of a condescending reply to contact maintenance.
