car park provided so its a bonus, easy food and shops. hostel was nice and clean. staff was responsive and can speak english. room was not big but enough space. supposedly got fujisan view but we are not lucky enough
shower was on ground floor only, so have to down staircase every shower time.

It is well located, and very clean. There were extra facilities - toothbrushes, towels, hairdryer, earplugs, which were very considerate.
The bedroom was rather small. The dryer of the hotel (which you had to pay for it) didn’t work, so we had to hang our clothes in our room. There was this wooden panel in front of the window on which we hung all of our clothes. There was some varnish or fresh paint, whatever it was, it stained half of our clothes which were directly touching the wooden panel. 3 laundries after, they still all have a brown paint stain that is impossible to wash off. Most of our clothes are ruined. Please fix the dryer.
