About this apartment rental
Attention Prospective Renters: A monthly minimum stay is required. No exceptions stated by the HOA management. It's imperative that I receive your booking at least 50 days in advance of any renter taking residence due to the condominium association application rules and criteria. Also, all rental periods must start on the first of the month and end on the last day of the month. No exceptions please. An application will need to be completed, as well as a rental lease. Please be sure to sign the rental lease.

area. One parking space is provided. Located approximately 17
miles from the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. King-
size bed in master bedroom and queen-size bed in the other. No Smoking allowed in the unit, pool area, or balconies. All smoking is to take place on the street away from the building. Not Pets are allowed at anytime.

Very clean, well kept, well appointed apartment but the view of the Intercoastal from the balcony makes the stay.
Randy is a very attentive owner; checks regularly to make sure that everything is OK.

This property is in the perfect location for all that Pompano Beach has to offer! Walking distance to the beach and all the local bars and restaurants in the area.
Most of the other tenants made us feel welcome and the facilities were top-notch!
Randy and Mary Jane were very thoughtful and you couldn't ask for a better landlord.
