We very much enjoyed our stay and felt it was an exceptional value.

We loved the location of this property as it was easy to walk to different restaurants and the beach! It had also a private heated pool and bungalow seating area we enjoyed using.

Our bathroom ceiling looked like it needed replacing and there was a pipe issue that caused the water to be shut off for several hours during our stay.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely return to Riverside Beach apartments!

The location was perfect, easy walking distance to Pompano Beach and numerous restaurants and stores. The apartment was very large and comfortable. The outside grounds are very special with lots of tropical plantings and the pool was nicely heated and clean. Parking was very close to our apartment. Management was very quick to respond when we had a couple of questions.

The apartment came with a very small amount of bathroom toiletries and only one dishwasher packet, for our four day booking and it was not clear if we could request additional products.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for a stress-free, 1 week vacation stay!

We liked the location

The pictures on booking are far from reality!! The apartment was filthy, there was a piece of old curled up pizza in the microwave; the floors were so dirty that you could see a major difference between places that were well walked on and places with low traffic (we wore shoes at all times); the couches had stains, some were quite large. We had to launder all the towels with washers and dryers on site that you needed to pay to use because they don’t have extra to replace the towels half way through the week. It seemed like a long process to get any other things as well, like toilet paper, which we ended up going to the store to buy what we needed. The windows seemed to have a draft coming in every night. The dumpsters for the restaurant close by are right behind the place, so every night around 10pm they came to put trash in them, and it was very noisy! For credit: we liked the warm pool: and the location was within easy walking distance to the beach! I could maybe see living there long term and being responsible for cleaning and laundry but as a vacation place, I feel it’s fair to expect it to be kept clean!

Great location to explore Pompao Beach.

A lovely big bed, a big fridge, a great location near the beach, bars and restaurants. Also handy to have a walgreens nearby. A nice heated pool with tropical plants everywhere.

Good location for my needs. Nice space. Clean, comfortable. The pool is lovely.

The tiny little shampoo, conditioner, body wash tubes were useless for a 3 night stay. You should provide one tube of each per day if you are going to give such tiny tubes. I went to Wallgreen's to purchase proper products.

Can’t wait to stay again!

This is my new favorite hotel in pompano! Me and my partner travel down here every few months and have tried multiple apartment like hotels, and most are okay but this place is our new go to. You do need to go into this thinking it’s like an air bnb vs a hotel. Cleaning and stocking is handled by an outside service. The rooms were so clean everything was like new, having a full kitchen and full size fridge was fantastic. Each unit had central air and its own tv! The pool was heated which was a nice surprise, as I didn’t see that mentioned anywhere. Both times we went to the pool it was empty for a good portion of our time there. There is no front desk or onsite service, which I didn’t mind. Like I said go into it think air bnb. But if you do need more towels or toilet paper just send them a text and let them know what you need they will bring it for you the next day. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to stay agian

Will stay there again

I liked everything about the property except what I will say below

The carpets in the rooms are filthy. They need to be cleaned immediately. It is the only thing holding back this place. I've been there twice in a month and it's the same thing in both units I stayed. I politely have expressed this to management. I hope they address it. It's fairly easy to see if you go in the unit. Everything else is perfect, but it is one important issue that needs to be addressed.

The location was excellent, close to the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing. Complete privacy, the owner kept you updated and provided all information needed before check in, and check up during stay to ensure all is going well.

Everything was good. If staying in that area I would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was good. we enjoyed the heated pool and the beach was very close.

The apartment was clean and looked renewed. Also i liked the location near to the beach.

The elevator wasn’t working and we have a baby so, we had to take of the baby staff up and downstairs every time as we were in the 3rd floor. Additionally, the kitchen utensils weren’t enough, specially the pans to cook.

They cleaned the landscaping up very well since the last time I was there, it’s like I was back in Jamaica. Very tropical foliage!

The elevator was being serviced And I understand they need maintenance so it’s done before the season starts. It’s only a four story building as every floor has its own story.

Tropical Paradise with an amazing Pool

I absolutely loved the pool nestled within the tropical landscape. The beds were comfy too! Tranquil setting away from the crowd. I stumbled on this gem since my preference in Delray Beach was booked but this was an easy drive to Delray Beach.The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Comes with a kitchenette too which I found useful.

There was breakfast?

The room we stayed in was not clean at all, There was sticky stuff on the table we had to wash off. I wouldn't allow the kids to sit on the couch or chairs, they were stained and unclean. If we had to have stayed longer than 1 night, we wouldn't have stayed.

Great location and property!

This is our second time staying at this property. The location is perfect - minutes from the beach, the marina, shopping and restaurants. The property itself is quiet, clean and offers many amenities. The host is easily accessible and responds quickly. We travel to the area several times a year and will definitely book this property again.

I love the landscape extremely nice patio to sit out and enjoy but still be shaded. Walking distance to the beach and local strip of restaurants.

The pool is great! I like that you are close to a wallgreens and walking distance to beach and restaurants.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom. And I wish we would have been given new towels each day or every other day. The walls are thin, we heard two different neighbors clearly having sex. And there were so many people smoking outside their unites. It wasn’t very enjoyable to walk out the door and smell smoke all day.

Terrible the office lady kept my money cash for dog fee and then charged my card another 100$ for the dog fee and charge

They charged me cash deposit 150 charged me pet fee 100$ also in cash and on my last day leaving they recharged me a pet fee on my card so I was charged a pet fee 2x then I found out cash fees are not excepted the lady just took my money for herself and then re charged my card for these fees

Proximity to everything we wanted to do.

The pool was open with screaming children after 11pm nightly. The staff are not there! You have to text them or call them. No wash clothes or hand towels in the bathroom. No real pillows, the bed pillows are square throw pillows, no bath rug in bathroom, floor is not clean

The pool is unhealthy, the number of bugs is absurd, the filth, abandoned areas, stagnant water. They gave me the room two hours after check-in, and they offered me $10 in compensation. The worst thing that's ever happened to me is this hotel.

Location! 5 min to the beach, 12 min to Publix. Not crowded beach.

Noise from some kind of constructions close to our room 304. It could be some utility noise, lasted ~15 sec irregularly. Also very noisy AC in the room. We turned it off for the night.

Great location

I loved the location and the room was great. It was so nice to walk to the beach and restaurants. Everything was very clean and it felt homie. The bed was also wonderful. I enjoyed how big the room was.

The front office lady on the first day was very sweet but had a lot of people to check in so it took a long time. I think they need to modernize their system. I didn't mind, but I found it weird how strict they were about the extra deposit, and the $10 parking pass for each car, there were also a lot of signs and reminders about fines and penalties if anything happened. The front desk lady told me I could check out one hour later for no fee and that it would be fine. The next day a lady came inside and opened the room exactly at 11 and I said I was still there getting ready. Then 10 minutes later someone opened the door again looking very annoyed I was still there. I told her I was packing up and thought I had until 12. She closed the door and left but wasn't happy. I enjoyed my stay but felt somewhat uncomfortable overall.

Room was clean. Nice kitchen and bathroom, large bedrooms. The pool was a great temperature for swimming, refreshing but warm enough.

The pool is a bit discolored, the walkways a little moldy which comes from the humidity in So. FL. But it could use a little facelift.

It had roaches seen rats running up and down the bamboo trees at night the windows don't open there duck taped around the edges dusty closet doors dusty night stand lamps I had to clean before I got comfortable rip off on cleaning fee I would never go again I have pictures and videos for proof

Don’t stay !

Stayed in 301. The AC was broke . No air circulation available in the whole entire room. We contacted the property many times. No answer was ever given by Sofia (she ended up, not answering our calls after a bit) …. Many bugs in the room as well. Along with mood on the ceiling and standing water(pic submitted of standing water that they refuse to clean up ) Waste of money for 2 weeks .

Bad experience, did not meet my expectations

The only thing I like was the fact that the lady at the desk was very nice to us when we arrived.

It was nothing like what I saw on the picture, i requested a bathtub but ended up get a closet bathroom. The entrance was not it, ruined my plans. I hope you guys fix that because the lady told me many people have had that same complaint but yet nothing is done to fix it. I wasted my money when I could have went somewhere else but they didn’t want to refund me my money.
