Booked this rental because it had enough beds and space for everyone to spread out. It looked more modern online, but appears that only parts of the rental were updated. It was a bit noisy at times but a comfortable space to be in. The pool had a cool water fall and you could see lizards all over outside which the kids enjoyed. It is a short walk to the beach, a few restaurants, and Walgreens. Any issues brought up to the rental company were resolved quickly.

My friend and I had a a very nice time in our 3-day stay at Riverside Apartments. Although we never saw our hosts, they were "present" all the time, from the beginning. We really enjoyed the pool with that brautiful "cascade" (fall). The bed was veeery big and comfortable.The place was quiet and very near the sea -100m. I would definitely stay there again 😀

Comunicated with staff that room had issues and staff notified me that they would move us to our next room on the first floor room without any issues. I clearly communicated with the staff that I was not sure why my reservation was split into two sections but it should be just be one. Staff advised me that they made notes and they would be no issues. Here's where the story turns South we go out and come back to our room to which we cannot get into now. Call the staff and they were extremely unhelpful zero out of 10 Stars and explain to me that I would need to make another $200 safety deposit before I can get back into my room where all of my belongings are, and demanding that the deposit be paid before they will regrant acess to the room that already had a safety depisit on. I do not, and will never recomend this place to anyone. 0/10

The pool water fall was not working ! Alarm was set off 3 times why I was there ! Beds were very hard pillows felt like bricks! Called to report that my room next door had loud noises and smoking weed and then it came trough the vents and seem like it didn’t matter but a few days it calm down after I complained several times! Also could not sleep at night time due to the furnace sound being loud and was not quite called to report it ! Why we was out they came back and the team told us it was normal! So I just said ok i highly recommend to check ur room before u settle in if ur staying here i ask for a small compassionate and was ignored!

Maintenance around the property is non existent. Every thing is overgrown, the elevator was out of commission & the entire property reeked so bad of cigarette smoke. So bad it actually woke me up out of a dead sleep. We tried to spend as little time in the room as possible. Our room was definitely not the one pictured. Judging by the other reviews & the price I paid, this is about what I expected. We were only in town for three nights so we toughed it out. Location was good.

I am born and raised in this area I needed a room for a night for an event. This property had a great price great location great amenities for the price. If property manager will spend one to two days I'm cleaning up landscaping. Invest in some mosquito balls look up online. This would be the perfect little spot. My only two complaints there's so much potential if landscaping was done once a month to every few months and window Shaker AC units that literally point at the head of the bed need to be changed or beds need to be placed in different directions my room had an AC window unit 3 ft away from the head of the bed and all night long the noise and temper changes were unbearable other than that perfect perfect don't put the head of the bed three free from the air conditioner

The stay for me and my family for 3 days were horrible. Half way through the stay the toilet wouldn't work tvs didn't work. No help from staff. Then they put us in another room where the tvs as well didn't work, but was fixed. Also got charged for a service dog. The property itself had areas that were yellow taped off. I will never use this place again. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment did not look anything like the pictures. I will never stay there again. The overall condition of the apartment and building were in serious need of updating. The curtains did not block any sun, so you were up a the crack of dawn. Do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else.

Upon checking in receptionists was informative and efficient. Arriving to the room I was taken back at the fact the patio cushion chairs outside the door were dirty and the table had residue. The outside area as it appears on travel sites as a cute little resort didn’t meet the eye in person since the bar area was taped off for renovations and the pool was basic as any pool. I wasn’t able to unload the room since the key pad battery died and I had to wait 15min for someone to replace it. The room was fine. The bathroom toilet seat dirty. Room had Wi-Fi and basic cable no access to any apps on tv. The entire stay noise disturbance sounded like construction was going on. I decided to leave and not stay. It was unpleasant and disappointing for a staycation.

I liked the area and the staff was friendly, polite, and helpful but… the unit had roaches, the carpet was so dirty it felt sticky, the couch had a lot of stains on it I never sat on it, the WiFi was useless couldn’t watch TV, there was mold on the windows, the dish washer had no power. There were so many trees and bushes you can barely see the place or the amenities. I’m sorry but I definitely won’t be going back there.

Please don't go to this place it's dirty and not professional so I booked it for one week when I arrived it was completely different from what they showed on the pictures so I booked another hotel leave the next day. My children couldn't sleep well because the sheets were dirty including the floor

We really liked the short walk to the beach, which was very convenient, plus lots of good food options close by. We liked the little kitchen from which we made our breakfasts and snacks. Unfortunately due to some remodeling projects in the back, we were not able to use the grill like we had planned. We really loved the pool, which was nice and warm and very well-maintained. The beautiful landscaping in the back area around the pool made it feel like a little hidden tropical paradise!! The only main drawback in the unit was that there was not any ventilation in the bathroom, so whenever someone took a shower, it got very humid. For the kitchen, I would recommend providing a roll of paper towel and some dishcloths. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

It literally took an hour and a half to get some one on the property to check me and my 3 young children in. We stood outside the office the entirety of that time having to use the bathroom and get some rest after driving 24hrs straight to make it to Florida. Horrible customer service, there is no garden it’s all under construction lmao a waste of time and peace of mind, find somewhere else that cares about their paying customers.
