About this apartment rental
Beautiful PRIVATE waterfront condo located 1 block from the beach! Enjoy intercostal views from the unit, located on the 1st floor. Minutes to shopping, and restaurants. 15 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale Airport and 40 minutes to Miami. Pack n play, highchair, beach chairs, beach toys, and towels included.
The minimum age to book is 25. No parties.
The Space
This space is perfect for families, groups of friends traveling together, or couples.
Public beach access is only 3 blocks away! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo will sleep 6 adults or children, plus a pack n play for a baby! There is a pull-out couch in the living room in addition to a king-size bed in each bedroom. The Master bedroom includes a king bed, full bath, smart tv, and private balcony overlooking a serene waterfront canal. The guest bedroom has a king-size bed, smart tv, pack n play, and a full bath is located just outside this bedroom. For families with small children: in addition to the pack n play, we have a highchair, toys, games, beach toys, and coloring books with crayons to help make our littlest guest more comfortable. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch where you can watch your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat screen. In the kitchen, you will find every you need to make a gourmet meal, or you may cook-out on the private deck with our grill. There is grocery delivery available and some of the best local restaurants just minutes away! Watch the sunset and boats by from our private deck and balcony all with a comfortable seating area.

Loved this property!! Very clean and spacious, well equipped kitchen, great living area, and lovely back deck that overlooks the canal! It was so relaxing to sit out there in the morning while having tea and in the late afternoon while sipping wine, and watch the boats go by. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. It was a quick 0.4 mi walk to the public beach access—once there, you will find umbrellas and chairs for rent as well as a tiki bar. Otherwise used uber to get around. It was a great time and would definitely stay here again!!

Second time staying at this very clean, comfortable, and quiet location that's still very accessible to the beach and many restaurants. Highly recommended for comfort and convenience.

Very nice condo, views of canal were amazing. Quick walk to the shops and beach. Nice wagon and chairs to take to the beach. Comfortable beds and couches. We couldn't find washer and dryer but it was there somewhere.
