About this villa rental
Charming, air-conditioned, newly renovated 4 bedroomed villa with pool and landscaped garden, near the beach in Sainte Maxime in the Gulf of St Tropez.
Fabulous, air-conditioned property, with sea views, just minutes from the beach on foot. Ideally located in an exclusive lane in Sainte Maxime, Gulf of St Tropez. Beautiful, recently finished villa, offering light + spacious living areas. Tastefully decorated in an understated yet elegant style, with stone floors throughout.
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with French windows leading to front terrace, a separate bathroom and loo.
There is also a large dual aspect lounge/dining room with an insert fireplace. French windows lead off these rooms into the garden and to both front and rear terraces. The rear terrace is covered and has a gas barbecue, and overlooks the pool and rear garden. Just perfect for dining al fresco on balmy summer evenings. The fully equipped kitchen leads off the dining area and also has access to the Mediterranean garden and pool.
Upstairs, there is a spacious children’s bedroom/playroom with two single beds. On the top floor, there is a separate shower room and loo. There are two further, spacious bedrooms, one of which (the Master), has a large terrace with fabulous sea views and an en-suite Italian shower and loo.
The 2000m2 fully enclosed garden has been beautifully landscaped with a host of Mediterranean plants and a boules pitch. There is a uniquely rounded 9 x 4m alarmed pool, with a very shallow, beach end for small children, parking for two cars to the front of the house and electric gates. Ping pong is also available.
This property is within walking distance from the beach - being just 300m from the sea. There are a host of restaurants to discover nearby (even one at the end of the lane). The beach offers watersports and beach restaurants - you can leave the car at the villa. Les Issambres is less than a kilometre away and from here you can do the weekly shop, browse the shops or get the ferry to St Tropez and miss out on all the traffic jams!
Sainte Maxime centre is less than 10 minutes away by car - a beautiful town of Palm trees and the best view in the area - across the bay to St Tropez. Many shops and restaurants to chooses from, along with more beaches ad watersports.
Saint Tropez has a big market every Tuesday and Saturday - a fabulous day out, wandering through the little stone streets, shopping, staring at the big yachts or sipping a café in the world-famous Senequier bar on the port.

Lovely three weeks spent in the villa. Rooms are very spacious and all bedrooms have air conditioning which was great. Kitchen is practical and contained big fridge freezer and small eating area. The villa is located so close to the beach which itself was glorious! The pool is small but perfect for plunging in when it gets too hot otherwise the sea is where we spent most of our swimming time. Marianne was a good host and very responsive she even had cleaners come in midway through our stay to freshen the place up. Overall we had a lovely experience.

Loved the villa - but the traffic in the South of France was relentless

Our group of five adults and a dog stayed at La Casa Mia. As someone that has stayed in many vacation rentals in the US and in Europe, this is by far one of the best. Everything was even better than the photos conveyed. When we arrived we were all very impressed with how clean everything was. We cooked dinner for the whole group using the kitchen and the grill and were delighted at how well equipped the kitchen was to prepare large meals. The pool is an idyllic place to relax and the beach is mere steps away. The home sits in a strategic location close to everything, while allowing for lots of privacy. La Casa Mia has a dishwasher, clothes washer and AC, which is an absolute luxury. We were all so glad that we picked this vacation rental and agreed we would book it again in a heartbeat.
