Tout était superbe ! La villa était très belle et située dans un endroit très calme. Les chambres sont très belles ainsi que les salles de bain ! Je recommande

We loved how much had been thought about here for travellers. We arrived and walked to the villa from harbour and the villa was beautifully cool for our arrival. It was spacious, clean and the outside indoor showers were to die for. There were bikes for us to hire there and it had a well stocked mini bar we could buy and some snorkelling equipment to use. The local things to do and villa guide were also very handy. The kids room had loads of great touches like night lights and teddies even my teens enjoyed. Staff were amazingly attentive - bought us a kids bike at short notice and adjusted the pool timers for the lights. The garden is beautiful and quiet and not overlooked. Just amazing

Not a dislike but we chose not to use a horse cart so the walk with luggage is a bit of a bumpy one and it’s tucked away but the location instructions provided were great.

The villa was nice and my boys enjoyed the pool and Rio did try and help with the issues we had.

We had issues with things not working including the gas hob and the oven and the aircon in the master bedroom which kept pouring with water and having to be turned off on our last two days. They fixed the hob but not the oven and that a problem with two small children when we needed to heat things up. Despite asking them they never attempted to fix it and I’m sure that was because we were repeatedly chased to pay in full on the first day. This was strange as usually we pay on check out and they had already taken the first nights payment weeks before on my AMEX card but then said they didn’t take AMEX when I tried to pay the balance.They did manage to fix the aircon in the master bedroom on the third attempt (over two days) but it made a strange noise all night. (They did comp the mini bar items we had consumed as an apology). So all in all it just felt like there were lots of issues and not all were fixed. The one other thing is the location isn’t ideal with kids. Hard to get horses from there and mine don’t ride bikes well enough.
