The place is near alona beach and restaurants you can just walk and stroll. The staffs are very nice and they can even arrange your tours with kind drivers at an affordable convenient bohol tour plus they allow late check ins just coordinate with them they respond right away. Thanks for letting me know are stay enjoyable we will surely book again when we come back in Bohol.

We recently stayed at Hotel Casa Teofista and overall had a pleasant experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ate Lorna, who made us feel comfortable right away.
The room was spacious and more than enough for our group of four. One of the best things about the location is its proximity to Panglao's beaches and nearby establishments. The beach is only about a 3–5 minute walk away. You'll need to pass through Best Western Hotel to access the beachfront, and presenting your Casa Teofista room key is enough to show that you're a guest. Another major advantage is its convenience to the airport, which is only about 5–10 minutes away by car.
The amenities provided were sufficient, including towels, hand soap, and hair and body wash conveniently available in the bathroom.
There were a few areas that could be improved. The road leading to the property from the main highway is quite rough, which may be inconvenient for some travelers. The blankets and pillows were also not the most comfortable—the blanket was quite thin, and the pillows felt flat, with only one throw pillow provided. The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent and would frequently disconnect, which was a bit frustrating during our stay. Additionally, while there was a TV in the room, we were unable to access any channels or cable stations, which limited its usefulness.
Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and found it to be a good value, especially considering its location near Panglao's beaches, restaurants, and other establishments. The friendly staff, spacious room, convenient airport access, and excellent location made our stay enjoyable. We'd gladly consider staying here again on a future visit to Bohol.

Weak wifi
The toilet had a slow water flow and a bit of an odor, and the shower was damaged. Aside from that, the place is generally what you’d expect for the price.
Access road is absolutely terrible
