Not so good location and no parking. Just wanted to commend Bren and Nimfa for being so friendly and always willing to help. But their supervisor is the opposite. W But will still consider staying there again just because of Bren and Ninfa.

We stayed here for just one night, which turned out to be a good thing. Despite the resort’s charming tropical vibe, we found some of the basic amenities lacking. Toiletries were limited, almost none, and I don’t recall having an electric kettle, coffee, or tea in the room. The towels were already quite worn, and the beddings were not quite what I expected. The air-conditioning unit also had a noticeable smell, as if it had not been cleaned for quite some time, I guess. For guests who are sensitive or allergic to dust from air-conditioning units, this may be something to consider. I believe the owners are foreigners, and they were quite nice and accommodating. Some improvements were ongoing during our stay, and they informed us about these upon arrival, although we were not made aware of them prior to booking or confirmation. Fortunately, we were already exhausted from our half-day tour, so the ongoing work did not bother us too much. That said, if you’re looking for a laid-back, tropical atmosphere and want to experience a more traditional Filipino house-like accommodation—with hammocks and common areas where guests can relax and socialize—this place may be worth considering. Overall, it has a unique charm and potential, but there are still some areas that could be improved, particularly in terms of room amenities, cleanliness, and maintenance.

The stay was beautiful and had a relaxing Bali-inspired atmosphere. The rooms and surroundings were aesthetically pleasing, and overall, we had a nice experience. However, there are a few things that I hope the management can improve. First, getting to and from the property was quite difficult. The walk from the main road is fairly long, and the path is rocky and uneven, making it uncomfortable—especially when carrying luggage. I hope the access road can be improved for future guests. I was also deeply saddened by something I witnessed during our stay. There appeared to be foreigners staying on the property with their dogs. At one point, I heard a dog crying loudly, and I saw one of the individuals handling the dog roughly by pulling its ears and hitting it. It was heartbreaking to witness. As an animal lover, this was very upsetting. I’m not sure of the full situation, but I sincerely hope the management looks into incidents like this and takes appropriate action if any animals on the property are being mistreated. Every animal deserves to be treated with kindness and care. Overall, the property has so much potential because of its beautiful ambiance, but I hope these concerns can be addressed to make the experience better and safer for both guests and animals.
