La vista su San Gimignano è spettacolare, il soggiorno è arredato con gusto. La vicinanza con la fermata del bus lo rende comodo anche per chi non viaggia in macchina (ma controllate gli orari). Per chi viaggia a piedi, occorre portarsi la spesa, perché non ci sono ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

La zona cucina meriterebbe una revisione in termini di funzionalità. Il prezzo è giustificato dalla vicinanza di San Gimignano, ma è un po' alto.

The view back to San Gimignano is lovely and you can park at the sight close to your apartment for free.

The apartment is further than advertised from San Gimignano. We walk a lot but it is too far to walk in for a meal, we needed to drive. The kitchenette is very small and difficult to work in, kitchen drawers not clean. We could not get any hot water in the kitchen to do dishes so had to boil the jug. The shower is not stable and goes hot and cold for no reason and like the kitchen needs refurbishing. The apartment is advertised with Air Con but it is so loud ( like a jet plane ) that you cannot have it on during the night when you are sleeping. It is also very inefficient as it is a mobile machine and you practically have to sit on it to feel cool. The bed is comfortable but everytime you move it squeaks loudly which is very annoying in the night. I think the owners of this property need to stay in it for a few days in the middle of summer, using all the facilities to experience it. No one greeted us so it was impersonal and all communications through WhatsApp as requested by them. There is a sign on the inside of the door that states, please don't sit outside in your bathing suits or eat outside at the table yet they advertise an outside table and chairs with the view looking back towards San Gimignano. We would not return to this property.
