Forced digital detox with a nice view from the terrace and a great bed, don't ask the host any questions!

Super comfortable bed!

There was no findable wifi and the host was not answering nor helpful about it. Consider the stay as digital detox because cellular also doesn't go through so 4G is not working either.... Worst part : on the the day of departure we were told last minute that there would be no running water!!! Unacceptable...

A very central place to stay on the Lago Maggiore, right between Baveno and Stresa

It was a bit of a puzzle finding the exact address , key and then / with the help of a video / locating the exact apartment in the building. After finding the right place, everything was fine. The room was well maintained and clean.

I would improve the instructions of finding the flat / not everyone can receive and open a video

Gregorio Suite ottimo

Mirko very helpful overall with my experience here at the studio flat , the checkin in was 3pm but I requested the room to be done quicker than that due to some photoshoots that I had in area, they understood the request and I had the room ready at 12:30pm which save me a lot of time, thank you for that. room , location , beautiful view , aircon, everything was as supposed to be

Pleasant

The view from the area of the apartment was amazing and it was close to Stresa. To see the islands and lake day and night was great.

The apartment is quite difficult to access with 65 steps up to the entrance. The Is no way to walk to the town you do need a car to go anywhere. The apartment does have an issue with a little bit of mould. It also is not equipped in the kitchen to easily self cater. A few more items would make the stay so much better. Chopping board would be a start. Also the T is above the couch making it impossible to relax and enjoy.

Could be beautiful but needs some work

The vicinity the property was in was lovely, it's not in Stresa, but the locality was beautiful and the islands were stunning. The accomodation itself was clean but disappointed it wasn't as private as we expected.

There was a lack of facilities, so no toaster or oven, only a hob and no utensils. Loction would have been stunning except the hedge hadn't been cut and was overgrown and blocked the view on the patio. Also the patio is not private and has another apartment directly overlooking us from above. It was extremely difficult to find and there were 93 steps to get to the accomodation so you need to prepare - don't forget the milk! Very expensive for what it was, quite disappointed as could have stayed in a beautiful hotel in Stresa with views for less.

Amazing views, clean and modern, but very sparsely supplied with amenities.

The view were amazing. clean and modern

lack of amenities with no wash cloths, paper towels, very few dishes. there is a sign in the room stating guests have to wash their own dishes or be subject to a fine of €50. sign also set rubbish has to be separated by guests of would be fined but there was no provision of bags to separate plastics from glass, cardboard, etc. This place is not accessible to many guests with many steep steps and most would have difficulty carrying heavy suitcases

Location not as expected

The studio is very nice and the outdoor area is excellent with an amazing view.

The location indicated on the map is very misleading. When booking and using the location provided on booking.com this makes the property seem a lot closer to Stressa than it is, the road to get up the hill to the property is actually in the next town (which caused confusion when booking taxis) and is a long steep walk. This made getting taxis difficult and expensive and walking down a busy road with no sidewalk not ideal. I think this should be made clearer on the properties information. If you are driving and won't be going out in the evening (without the car) then this is a lovely studio, but would not recommend if you plan to walk out or use taxis in the evening. We found it hard to get a taxi after 8pm.

super view

The view is really unbeatable. There is a high level of comfort including super beds and one of the best wifi networks I have ever had! There was great flexibility by the owner so my work related change of plans fortunately did not pose no problem.

Just good to be aware you really need a car to go anywhere given the high location (hence the terrific view :)

The view from the garden is really nice

It s far away from Stresa center and up on a hill! Forget about going by foot, you need a car and a good driver. Also, the place was cold and humid, despite we turned on the heating my shoes and clothes the day after were all super cold. At a first look it seemed a really nice place but I will never go back there. Also, when the guy from the agency took us there I told him nicely the place was far away and I didn’t see any customer service from his side to offer alternative solutions. Also, the equipment in the apartment was limited, only tea salt and oil, not even coffee provided, nor fruits, nor a bottle of water, bad value for money

Fab apartment with a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore

Everything you needed was in the apartment (cooking utensils etc.). There is plenty of secure private parking. Great location too - the views from the little private garden were phenomenal! Fantastic value for money.

Nothing - it was all absolutely fab, although be aware there are some steps to get up to the front door (I think this is mentioned in their description though).

Für ein Kurztrip ideal

Die Lage war top aber man benötigt trotzdem ein Auto. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Man konnte die Inseln sehen. Das Zimmer war relativ sauber. Ruhige Lage.

Es hat im Zimmer arg gerochen und das war etwas unangenehm. Wir waren Ende September dort und im Zimmer war es abends relativ kalt und die Klima hat nicht gut aufgewärmt.

Einmal und nie wieder. Unverschämter Vermieter. Kassiert das Geld im Vorhinein und das war’s.

Schlecht Lage. Zirka ein Kilometer steiler Berg, mit etlichen Hindernissen bis zum Parkplatz. Von da aus 64 Treppenstufen und dann geht der Irrweg im Haus weiter.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort. Nur Handy-Kontakt und SMS. Erst nachdem wir darauf pochten, dass jemand an den vereinbarten Treffpunkt kommt, um zu helfen, wurde die Assistentin geschickt. Dann ging es aufwärts, wie oben beschrieben.
