About this cottage rental

Your family will wake up with amazing views of Long Island sound in an updated cottage with all the comforts and amenities you'll need for a relaxing and memorable vacation. The upstairs bedroom sleeps 4 (a king and two twins) and downstairs bedroom (queen). The living space is open and updated with water views. Two decks (front & side of house)have plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the outdoor space. You are steps away from the private community beach and playground.

This property is part of a small community - lovely beach, community activities (summer carnival), overlooks the water, wonderful owners, well-maintained.

The Latimer Point community is so isolated yet warm. My 3 year old daughter spent her days at the small playground and the very well maintained beach. You can tell everyone takes pride in keeping the point beautiful. The house provided more than we could ever need. Lots of very thoughtful touches and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Thank you Jim and Margee!
