About this house rental
Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Unit “E” is one of 4 units that were designed with luxury in mind. The fully applianced kitchen with high end appliances is an open concept to the living room. The furniture is beautiful and the king beds with memory foam cool mattresses. The baths have heated floors right into the showers. Beautiful wide hardwood. These units have been designed with safety in mind. State of the art sprinklers, CO and security systems for your peace of mind.
This unit is 1 of 4 that I own. The location is close to downtown Mystic but far enough away from the congestion. Private parking, keypad entrance, elevator upstairs to the 4 luxury apartments. You won’t find anything close to this for luxury and hospitality in Stonington/Mystic. Just read the reviews of the Net Loft of Stonington “C”. That unit opened 6/21/21 and has received super host status with 19-5 star ratings
Our guests can access all the common areas inside and outside the building and the fenced off area with the gazebo, grill and picnic tables

Our building is on Old Stonington rd in Stonington, Ct. This is a private road that serves my business, the Dog Watch barbecue restaurant just across the street and a newly developed Lambs Way subdivision, consisting of multimillion dollar homes at the end of the road. The Big Y supermarket is right next door on the other side of the woods so you can’t see it, but just a 5 minute walk if you choose to walk.
Mystic Ct is a quant little town founded in the 1600’s as a fishing and whaling ship destination. Famous for the Mystic Seaport attraction and Mystic aquarium. The train station is not far from downtown and the famous Mystic draw bridge. It is an easy commute from New York and Boston by train. You can take a ferry from Long Island or Montauk Point into New London which is just a 15 minute ride to Mystic. You can Uber, Limo or taxi right to our doorstep.
These apartments are above my floor covering company Mystic Coastal Flooring. We are open Tuesday-Fri 8-5 Sat 8-12 and we are closed Sunday and Monday. The premises have security cameras outside only and the building has state of the art fire,CO detection systems in place. Each unit along with the common areas are also sprinkler protected for your safety. Your families safety and well being is our number one priority.

Immaculate unit with two very comfortable master suites. We each had complete privacy but could also get together in the comfortable living room. There is a family friendly restaurant/bar directly across the street which came in handy. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are traveling to the area!

Great location. Close enough to everything in Mystic but on the edge of town toward Stonington which makes it perfect for quick trips in the other direction (Stonington, Rhode Island etc). You can get to all the Mystic hot spots in 5 minutes. Close to several great eating spots and grocery - including a wonderful cafe with prepared meals for 'take out' but with that home cooked effect if you need a stay in night. Double masters was nice. Beautifully decorated and had everything you'd need. Host very quick to respond though we didn't really need anything because everything was perfect. Also loved having an elevator and luggage carts in a second floor condo. Parking easy. Loved the mini splits in each room - everyone got their temp preference for sleeping. Fireplace is great. List goes on.....
