241 Quiet Bungalow with terrace

THE LOCATION IS GREAT AND CLOSE TO EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A COMFORTABLE STAY. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND WELL EQUIPPED. I TRAVELED WITH FAMILY AND I DO RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

WE HAD A SMALL ISSUE WITH COMMUNICATION AT THE CHECK IN BUT IT WAS FIXED IN DUE TIME AND EVERYTHING WAS WELL.

Ligging, kleinschalig, rustig

De poortjes die je met sleutel moet open maken om bij zwembad te komen. Om terrein op te komen prima maar dan moet het open zijn.

- Great location, only a few steps away from Playa de Troya, but still very quiet and peaceful. - The apartment was impeccably clean when we arrived. - All appliances and equipment were perfectly working. - Nice modern and functional apartment, it looks like it was renovated recently.

- the nights were chilly (February) and there were only very light blankets available to put on the bed. We asked the company that manages the property for duvets, and the only response we got was that they would forward the request to the owner. There was no further feedback until the end of our stay. I think providing one duvet per bed is the minimum standard for this time of year. - hot water is supplied through a water boiler with small capacity. While showering, it is important for all guests to spare hot water so that there is enough for everyone’s shower. - only one set of keys is supplied and you need it to also leave the condominium. So unless all guests leave the apartment during the day or arrive at the apartment at the same time during the day, you have a logistic problem.

Bungalow avec tout l'équipement pour des vacances. Sécurisé. Emplacement proche des plages, des restaurants et commerces. Journée calme.

Un peu trop proche des bungalows des voisins, certains sont calmes et d'autres n'ont aucun respect des heures de silence (discussions très fortes sur les terrasses ou tv regardées depuis les terrasses avec le son à fond) parfois jusqu'à plus de 2h du matin. Tout dépendra donc des voisins pour des nuits calmes.
