Coachhouse bungalow is a stunning cottage perfect for a stay in the lovely town of Grange Over Sands. Welcomed by our host Nadja, we immediately felt at home. Beautifully furnished with lots of little touches that make it feel very special this has to be one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. It’s deceptively large inside with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge diner, large bedroom and a luxurious bathroom. The small courtyard garden to the front catches the evening sun and it’s perfect for a glass of wine before heading to one of the local restaurants for dinner. It really made our holiday having such a comfortable and welcoming base.

Nothing we didn’t like

Beautiful accommodation! It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Our host, Nadja, was meticulous in the special touches around the bungalow, like the lovely treats she left for us... the beautiful-smelling hand soap and lotion in the bathroom, the bottle of wine and beer, sweet treats, the bath robes in the wardrobe (we didn't end up using those), amongst other things. It's a fabulous location with the train station, promenade and local shops a few minutes walk away.

The ONLY downside was that we were on a busy road, which was more noticeable in the morning and also that we had to have the front stable door open due to the heat wave at that time. Ordinarily this wouldn't have been an issue. This in no way , for us, downplays the property as it was perfect for the two of us in every other way.
