A wonderful experience worth repeating. The place is close to everything in the city center. As for the staff, I am not exaggerating when I say that they are more than wonderful. They deserve all the appreciation and respect. I take my hat off to them because honestly I have not found this treatment anywhere else. I would like to thank everyone, the cleaners, the restaurant staff, and the man who stands and opens the door. I also cannot forget the reception girls, headed by Ayu Dinni and Deva. I forgot the names of the rest, but I would like to thank them all.

The electricity from the state-owned electricity provider company (PLN) was shut down at around 2 am and unfortunately the genset operated by the hotel was off and under maintenance. Hence, we as a guest had to wait for more than one hour with no electricity (of course no air conditioner) at all. This should be anticipated in the future so that it will not create any inconvenience to all of the guests.
