This location is great! We got to ski three out of the four mtns for spring break and loved how easy it was to get home from all! And it was a great place for the dogs which made the trip all the better thank you!

Great house which can easily accommodate six people. Fully appointed kitchen and laundry area made it super easy for our ski trip! The large outdoor jacuzzi was a hit after a day at the slopes.On the corner of 7th and West Francis Street just a few minutes from the 8th street bus stop. Off street parking (2 spaces). Definitely would stay again!

I was in Aspen for the Aspen Ideas Festival. The house is great. Perfect location. Walkable to town and to the Aspen Institute campus. Accommendations were just fine. However, I assumed a 12 o'clock check out. There was no text or email re check out time nor any notification on the property of the check out time. We were out by 12 but when we arrived at 11:45 to gather our things, the Erickson cleaning company manager was incredibly rude and inappropriate. Totally ruined an otherwise great experience. That company should be fired.
