Basic room for upto 4, tidy, firm bed, nice balcony space to unwind as well. Location was 7 mins from ferry and exactly what I expected for the low price. Perfect for a quick in and out with safe luggage storage. And good communication from host.
I think if you align expectations with pricing, there's no reason to be disappointed. Try to shower at a friend's hotel if you need more than hot water, which you will get here easily.

Great location, just 3 min from shopping street and 5 min from port
Bathroom and shower was not clean at all. Had to take shower in my slippers..
