Super central and in the center of town so everything is walking distance from specially for dinner

Probably the week was the most full of the season but the price was very high

The biggest advantage of this property is definitely the location. It's right in Skiathos Town, close to the port, restaurants, shops and most attractions. The receptionist was friendly and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was simple but decent, with eggs, cheese, cold cuts, fruit and vegetables. The fresh tomatoes were especially good.

Before arriving, I noticed that some of the listing photos looked very different from others. After checking in, I realized that the rooms we received did not match the photos that convinced us to book. In my opinion, many of the photos are not representative of the actual rooms. I sent two messages through Booking before our arrival asking if we could be assigned rooms similar to those shown in the photos, but I never received a reply. Our double room was very small, with old furniture and windows. Although the bathroom seemed partially renovated, there were rusty fixtures, stains and other details that made it feel poorly maintained. There were also spider webs near the balcony door. The outdoor breakfast area was dusty every morning, with dirt and bird droppings on the tables and chairs, so we had to clean the table ourselves before sitting down. 💡 What could be improvedThis property has great potential because of its excellent location. However, I believe it would benefit from better maintenance, deeper cleaning, renovated bathrooms and, most importantly, photos that accurately represent the rooms guests will actually receive. Considering the price, I expected the accommodation to be much closer to what was advertised.
