About this apartment rental
Affordable condo in the Villages at Five Points, a family friendly community. After a day at the beach, relax on the screened in porch with a view of the pond, perfect place to read a book, take a nap or enjoy a drink with family & friends. We have a full kitchen, dining room and spacious living room with a pull out couch and pull out twin chair.
All you have to do is pack your bags and relax. We take care of the rest by providing sheets, towels, utensils, plates/cups, pots & pans, a Keurig coffee pot, blender and a toaster. Our unit also includes a new dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Our community offers 2 pools, tennis courts, walking/biking path to the bay, a fenced in playground as well as restaurants, a pharmacy and a supermarket.
Nearby attractions include:
Cape Henelopen State Park, Downtown Lewes with great shops & restaurants, Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk, Cape May/Lewes Ferry, outlet shopping, miniature golf and a water park.
Recent upgrades - New Dishwasher (2025), Installed plank floors in the Kitchen, Dining Room and Family Room (2019), New Porch Furniture with Couch & Table and Chairs (2022), Replaced King Mattress in the Master Bedroom (2021), Painted Guest Bathroom (2023), Replaced washer & dryer (2021).

We had a wonderful time In Lewes and enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and having two bathrooms was wonderful. It was easy to get to the beach, state park and ferry- only about a 10 min drive. Lots of good restaurants and in a very nice community with a coffee shop, pool, bakery, etc. Cheryl (and her sister) were very responsive to all our questions and we definitely would recommend staying here.

The condo was very clean and was close to downtown Lewes, the beaches and plenty of attractions. The view from the deck was relaxing in the morning with my coffee. The owner communicated extremely well with us and made our stay comfortable. I hope to teturn real soon.Thank you.
