About this house rental
Enjoy a private 650 sq ft cabin below Bryce Canyon National Park. After days of driving, flying, or hours of hiking you can look forward to your own kitchen, living room, bathtub, and loft. A queen bed on the main floor and another queen bed in the loft; beautiful views of red rock from any window. You will have Wi-Fi available to stream content and learn the area such as Kodachrome State Park, Grand Staircase Monument, Capitol Reef National Park, or Zion National Park. This has an open floor plan (see photos for layout) for you to spread out while visiting the country. No smoking or pets. A small, outdoor electric grill is available as well and seating for two on the front porch. The hot water heater is tankless and does take a while to warm up, as designed. Enjoy BCNP in southern Utah here at The Evergreen.

The home was clean and we could tell the host takes good care of the home. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. We liked that the kitchen was well stocked and there were many blankets for the colder evenings. We appreciated that the towels and cleaning items were well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The location was great for visiting Bryce Canyon NP. The A/C and heater was a little louder than we would have liked but happy it was available when needed.

The space was very nice and well equipped. Short drive to Bryce and other hiking areas. Close proximity to grocery store (Clark’s) and a few dining options. Would recommend!

This cabin is in the perfect location both to Bryce Canyon and Kodochrome State Park (which we highly recommend visiting). The kitchen was small but equiped with everything we needed. The puzzles and games were nice to keep our kiddo busy. The cabin was spotless and check-in and check-out were very easy!

VERY CLEAN and a GREAT place for a family. We didn't need the space in the loft, but it was nice up there. Extra towels, blankets available.Great info about Bryce. Tropic was about 5 miles away where we ate. It was about 20-25 minutes to get to Bryce Canyon.I'm not a fan of sponges in the kitchen, so I wish there would have been dish cloths to use.
