This property was exceptionally comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Everything was organized and accessible. The instructions were clear and simple. We greatly appreciated the well-supplied kitchen with plenty of paper products, plastic bags and storage containers (which we used to pack each day’s lunch). The area around the house was very quiet. We enjoyed our time out and about in the area so that we did not take much advantage of the inviting living room or front porch. We had one inquiry prior to arrival, and Emilee responded quickly. Everything went so well during our stay that we had no need to contact her again. We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

The Cozy Cottage worked out perfectly for us. Not only was it centrally located to our activity schedule for hiking at Bryce Canyon and other parks in the surrounding area but it truly met our needs for relaxing after returning from a day of hiking. The area was really quiet so we could be well rested for the next day.
The Cozy Cottage was sparkling clean and well stocked for anything we might need. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area. Also, if you have any questions or concerns, Anita responded quickly via text or phone call. She was the perfect host.

We stayed 3 nights after a visit to Bryce canyon and before going to Kodachrome. Location was great. EVERYTHING you could need was there. The place was spotless. Nearby restaurant and grocery store were just a short drive.

Anita was the best hostess we have had ata rental. There was coffee and a few necessities So we. Oils cool if we needed to. She left a full binder with restaurant suggestions and menus. We we easily able to travel to our destinations from there and stay in one place. Zion less than 2 hours; Bryce was 25 mins; antelope Canyon and Horseshoe at Lake a Powell were about 3 hours. Kodachrome state park was 9 miles. Missy cave a few mins away had beautiful waterfall and a stream to cool off in. I invited Anita to stop by when we arrived and she chatted with us on the front porch. Very accommodating and offered suggestions for nearby sites. The home was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved having three bathrooms to shower in the morning. Would recommend and would stay again. No again. Be sure to book a horseback ride to canyon to see the other side of the hoodoos.
