I loved this condo. It was super clean, the bed was very comfy, and the condo was extremely well equipped. I think the owners thought of everything. Easy to cook in the condo because there were good pans and glassware for baking. The only thing that would complete the kitchen would be a cookie sheet/baking pan. I had to use the bottom of the broiling pan. Far better equipped than any other rentals ive ever stayed in. We really appreciated all the extras...plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler. Private balcony. Not much of a view, but a 5 minute walk gets you to the Royal Kona Resort with plenty of space to sit and watch the sunset over the ocean. The pool was nice and never crowded. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was great, be aware #53 parking spot is very tight. We squeezed a Nissan Altima in and out without hitting a pillar or wall.

Everything was great! We spent two weeks in the unit and had absolutely nothing to complain about. We were warned in advance about the assigned parking spot being cramped and so we requested a smaller car. All worked out well.

We couldn't have been happier with this place for our second Kona stay of our trip. The first place we stayed in was smack dab in the middle of the crush of Kona tourist stuff, so it was fine for our first time ever there. This condo is close enough to all that for an easy walk but far enough out you're not immersed in noise and crowds.The place was immaculate and well supplied (Tip: coffee filters are in the closet behind the mirrored doors) and the walk-in master shower is AWESOME.A special shout out to the property manager Dawn who was amazing making accommodations for us for both adding an extra night and letting us get in a day early once we realised it was never going to stop raining in Hilo.One final word, listen to Dawn when she tells you the parking space is tight, so don't get too big a rental car. Our Jeep fit but just barely.A+++++
