Our host Didik was wonderful, making sure we had everything we needed, cooking our daily breakfast, and communicating updates. The onsite buggies made it easy to get around, but there were plenty of resort activities within walking distance too. We arranged onsite massages, and tried the resort spa facial treatments too. An exceptional holiday, with bonus monkeys (a novelty for us!).
There is construction noise from next door - it wasn't so close to disrupt our stay, but we did notice it from time to time. Sometimes the onsite buggies take a little while to arrive when there is a queue, but you can book early if you have an appointment to make.

Facilities if the resort were beautiful, staff were exceptional made Didi’s and his boys were great 😊
The monkeys on the roof were very noisy at night

The property is spacious and well presented. The butler attends daily and keeps everything clean and orderly.
There is a new build happening next door and renovation happening on other adjacent properties creating noise.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Das Personal im Haus und im Resort ist hilfsbereit und nett
Der Aufzug zum Strand war kaputt - wäre das zuvor kommuniziert worden wären wir nicht hingegangen. Das bleibt als ein bitterer Nachgeschmack.
