Attenzione della proprietaria alle nostre esigenze, preparazione dell'alloggio (perfino una lavagnetta con messaggio di benvenuto all'ingresso) , flessibilità all'orario di arrivo e partenza, ampiezza degli ambienti e loro luminosità, vista panoramica sulla città
Nulla che abbia compromesso il soggiorno... Tra le cose che ho notato: Ascensore che si apre con la chiave, (fare attenzione a quando si ripone il mazzo nella keybox), mancanza di una lavatrice, mancanza di aria condizionata per compensare il funzionamento dei termosifoni (riscaldamento centralizzato ed infissi datati), ma ci è stato detto saranno effettuati lavori di manutenzione.

Wir waren zu zweit ein paar Tage in Fano und die Wohnung hat für uns sehr gut gepasst. Sie war super groß und sehr zentral gelegen. Auch vom Bahnhof war sie gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist hell und man hat einen Blick über die Dächer von Fano. Der Balkon geht nach hinten in den Innenhof. Es ist eine charmante in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung.
Die eine oder andere kleinere Reparatur würde nicht schaden.

Large and bright apartment with a lot of natural sunshine. Slightly outdated but nice design, very clean. Great location in the old city centre.
In the night it is a bit noisy because of the bar it overlooks even though it is on the fourth floor. But only for a few hours.
The free parking listed under the property is a public parking located about 350m away from property and carrying luggage on the cobblestone streets is not the best experience. When I enquired the owner about this issue, I was told that the free parking is "just" 100m away from property which I found to be disrespectful considering it is not true.
