Lovely small apartment in the historical palace of the family Alavolini. Silence, quietness and relax in the center of the town of Fano, ten minutes walking from the sea.
Palazzo Alavolini is one of the most important and beautiful ancient buildings in Fano. The comfortable apartment is located in the completely restored loft.
The apartment is about 50 square meters, on the second floor (with lift), fully furnished and has: Two single beds in the entrance room; a dining room with a sofa, a table, ancient furnitures, tv, dvd player, stereo, wifi; a fully equipped little kitchen with fridge, owen, nespresso machine; a bathroom with shower; a double bedroom.

Maria Theresa and her husband Giovanni were wonderful hosts. Since Giovanni was available, he picked me up at the train station and they helped me arrange for a taxi when it was time for me to leave which I really appreciated. It is. This town is easily walkable from this location. And you can even walk to the beach in about 15-20 minutes, a very nice walk. I would definitely stay here again!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. It was very comfortable, plenty of room, all the necessary amenities, and a great location. If we visit Fano again, we would definitely stay here. Thank you Maria Teresa & Francesco.

We had a wonderful stay in this holiday home in Fano. The property met the description exactly. We loved that the house was close to the center. Get a cup of coffee in the morning in the square, have a drink in the afternoon and have a delicious dinner in the evening. Explore the city on our bikes, visit the beach. In summary: we had a wonderful holiday in a cozy, well-equipped holiday home in which we lacked nothing.
The communication with the landlord was excellent. We can highly recommend this vacation rental.
