Great apartment with a great location, ideal for a relaxing vacation

Great and spacious apartment, well equipped, and with a great balcony. The bonus part is that parking is guaranteed, which is much better than in other neighboring apartments.

The beds are getting a bit old and could use new mattresses, and the bathroom could use a couple of more towel hooks. Apart from that, everything is perfect.

Great value for money at a great location

Great value for money, very good location, close to beaches and with a supermarket nearby. Kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was clean and practical, the A/C was strong and silent, and the balcony was great with a solid cover. And the house has ample room for parking, which is essential in a place like Rovinj.

The free WiFi was barely usable, with publicly available mobile connection being equally poor. The bathroom could use a few more hooks for towels.

All you need apartment

Very new and nice, well equipped, very clean, offering also coffee, salt, pepper, oil and tabs for the washing machine. Really nice terrace. Overall good value for money

The bed was extremely hard for my back. We asked for additional bed sheets as my friend was planning to sleep on the sofa, we only got an additional duvet. They gave us 5 toilet paper rolls for 1 week for 2 girls and told us that if we need more we should buy. not a big deal since it’s 3 euros, but just the concept of it.

Great Facilities. Not far from the Central or to the beaches. Very nice restaurant nearby. Air conditioning really helped during the hot days.

Great experience. Highly recommended!

Very clean place and great location. 10 minutes walk to Old Tobacco Factory and 16 minutes to Mulini beach. There is also a great restaurant and a grocery store very near. We also got a drive from the harbour to the apartment so everything was just amazingly good. Thank you so much!

Exceptional

Really nice, cozy and fully equipped apartment with a very comfy bed. The studio seems to be quite new (or after renovation), it was really clean and everything worked perfectly. Very good location, quite close to the center and to the beach as well. Additional advantages are a safe parking space on the property and a very good restaurant in the near.

The apartment has an excellent location. Everything is near: a good restaurant is in front of the apartment, a supermarket is 5 minutes walking, the nearest beach is 10 minutes walk, the better one (in our opinion) is 15 minutes walk, the old town is 10-15 minutes walking. The apartment is absolutely clean and modern. We had everything we needed. There is a parking place right by the apartment. Igor is a great host, he gave us a lot of useful advices. Thank you for your hospitality!

The apartment is nice and light with a good size balcony that is shaded from the sun a good part of the day. There is safe parking on premise and a supermarket at 50 meters

As always when traveling, some more space to put things down on like a small shelf here or there would have been welcome
