The house is located 100m from the quiet beach of Nisporto and enjoys a splendid view both on the sea and on the mountains behind it.
The house has great open spaces: a garden that runs all around the house and a terrace in front of the kitchen and one on the roof from which to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Private parking.
Inside, it is composed as follows:
- 2 large double bedrooms
- a large kitchen / living room with a sofa bed
- 2 terraces, including a solarium on the roof
- a garden that runs all around the house
It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.
You will also find all the amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, modern kitchen, barbeque, TV and stereo. The apartment is cool, there is no need for air conditioning.
