About this house rental
You will find all you need for your next river holiday in this 2 storey luxurious holiday home.
Located in Mannum, an easy hour’s drive from Adelaide.
Ample room is provided for your family over two storeys with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The upper level of this modern home offers ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and provides sleeping for a maximum of 10 persons, King Bed, Queen Bed, Double Bed and two bunk beds.
Combo Flat screen TV/DVD’s feature in 3 of the 4 bedrooms with the master king bedroom having its own en-suite.
The enormous living area has a 10 seater dining table, leather lounges, and a home theatre system plus a home office. Overlooking the living area is the Master kitchen. Complete with large fridge/freezer, quality appliances, dishwasher and a fully automatic coffee machine.
A deck to the front and rear of the home offers both rural and river views.
The living room consists of Rumpus room, high chair & stroller, kiddies toys and DVDs', from the living area extends the large deck overlooking the lawn to the river’s edge, complete with ample seating, ideal for outdoor dining, ceiling fans, patio heater and café blinds providing all weather comfort whilst you relax and enjoy the views and listen to your choice of music from the surround sound stereo system which works wirelessly via Bluetooth from your smart phone in the home and separately to the balcony speakers as well. the kitchen boasts a microwave, cooking facilities, coffee machine with the option of a barbecue outdoors.
You won’t hear from the kids, with ample entertainment downstairs. Entertainment includes - DVD player, Home Theatre & stereo with Bluetooth streaming, Billard table, table tennis, bikes & canoes, xbox and playstation!
Undercover parking provided.
Lawn from the home to the river’s edge provides ample room for all to play, plus a private jetty for your water sport activities.
Please note that a 7.5% surcharge applies when booking and will be deducted from the bond please contact BH Partners for further clarification.
A minimum of 7 nights booking for December and January.
Easter Bookings 4 nights minimum $4000.
