About this house rental
This beautiful holiday home is tucked away in the main street of Mannum, set on the banks of the majestic Murray River, with direct river access and its very own jetty. Close proximity to all the main street attractions including a variety of local eateries, the ferry, boat ramp, shops & cafe's.
PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE;
• Accommodates a maximum of 8 people
• Well-appointed, spacious, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with picturesque views of the river
• 3 generously sized bedrooms, with queen beds, are on the upper level, together with an ensuite
• 1 bedroom is located in the lower level and has a queen bed & a single bed
• 2nd bathroom, toilet and laundry are also located in the lower area
• Split system air conditioners in each room for year round comfort
• Beautiful deck to relax on and enjoy the views
• Lawned area near the river's edge
• Outdoor 4 person spa overlooking the river
• 4 knot speed limit in front of the house
• Private jetty mooring available for your boat or jetski
• Guests are welcome to use the herbs and vegies which grow in the garden during their stay
• Free Wi-Fi and Netflix available
Property Rates
• Rates are based on accommodation for up to 8 guests.
• Standard rates apply to all guests (no discounted rates for children).
• Please note that increased rates and minimum night stay requirements will apply where a booking is on a Long Weekend, during Local Major Events, over Easter, Christmas or New Year and throughout the SA Summer School Holidays.
• A $450 Security Deposit will be charged prior to your stay at Bella Vista & is refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the property after check-out

Lovely house with gorgeous view of the river, and lots of nooks to enjoy it with a coffee (or wine). Great communication with prompt responses to queries. Would love to visit again.
