The bedrooms are supported by 2 bathrooms including ensuite with feature bath, 2 showers and 2 toilets. The large open plan kitchen, dining and living area includes TV, DVD player, stereo, iPod doc station and incorporates many extras including split system reverse cycle air conditioners and gas heating, expansive cedar windows and doors, cathedral ceiling and exposed beams lending a rustic charm. There is WiFi access and Netflix at the property for use of guests. The kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, granite bench tops, under bench water filter and is amply fitted out with electric oven, gas cook top, quality crockery, cutlery, glasses, platters and appliances to cater for the most enthusiastic cook on holiday!!
The property is complete with laundry and washing machine.

All linen and bath towels are included in the cost but beach towels are not supplied.
External security cameras are installed at the front entrance and garage for your security and that of our home and neighbours.
For a larger gathering, the sheltered alfresco area which spills from the meals area, offers a protected entertainment hub in a fenced private courtyard which is roofed for use all year.

"After Dune Delight" is conveniently located between the Ocean Grove Marketplace and the Terrace shopping centres. Being just a 15-20 minute drive to Queenscliff, Geelong, Pt. Lonsdale, Portarlington, St. Leonards and Torquay, it is a great location to explore the Bellarine Peninsula. There's so much to enjoy!
The Water Adventure Park at Wallington is Victoria's largest and is located approximately 10 kms away. Mini Golf, Amaze ’n Games and local boutique breweries and wineries such as Oakdene Winery and the Flying Brick Cider Company are only a short drive away.
Apart from enjoying the beautiful surf beaches or the sparkling Barwon River, local attractions include the Ocean Grove Nature Reserve an Jirrahlinga Koala Sanctuary. Perhaps eat lunch and take a steam train ride in nearby Queenscliff, visit the Fort at Queenscliff, Van Loon's Plant Nursery and Café, or visit Lorne via the Australian National Heritage listed Great Ocean Road only 1 hours drive.
